Is it really one-time and no monthly subscription?
Yes. There is no monthly subscription and no hidden charges. A token is a one-time purchase with nothing to renew, and it is only used when a file transfers successfully. When you need more capacity or have more to send, you buy another token.
What happens if my upload does not finish?
If an upload does not complete, whether from a dropped connection, a problem on your end, or you simply change your mind, the token is refunded to your account automatically.
What if I never use a token I bought?
Tokens stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and we email you 24 hours before one expires so it never lapses silently. If you do not have anything to send, you can also spend an available token to extend the expiry of a file already in your account.
Can I get a refund?
Unused tokens are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Email us and we will check it out for you. Once a token is consumed and the file is live it cannot be refunded, because the storage has been used, but you can delete the file at any time if you no longer need it.
Do you offer a business or team plan?
Not as a subscription. If you need something custom, like a subdomain, a stack of tokens, or anything else, email us and we will find the best way to help.
What if my file is bigger than 200 GB?
200 GB covers almost everyone. If your files are larger, split or zip them locally and send them across multiple tokens, or contact us and we will help you find the best approach.
